Konica Minolta bizhub C250 printing problems HELP

When the printer prints typically a large file it seems that when it starts printing the ink/info being printed stick. Then when the second pages comes out you have what was suppose to be on the second page but you also have remnants of the first page. What part should I replace. Also what is the door called that is on the side where you can feed larger paper through and its the at the very bottom? It is the door that covers where the letter size paper is feed through. The hinge plastic piece broke off and so when I open it, the door falls off.

Check the levers on the fusing unit (top right of the machine, where the paper comes out). They must be up, not down in the envelope mode.

You would think that this guy would take the time to look and see that someone else had exactly the same issue not more than a week past.

            You're surely thinking of the googol = 10.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000 .000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.0 00.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000
