Hi all,
I have problem with bizhub 950. C3906 shown 3 times a week. the trouble code related with TH 4 and I've already replace it, but still shown. I tried DipSW3 bit 1, it works for 3 days and then the evil code occur again.
Any idea? thank you.

CAUSE: Improper ventilation of cooling fan Cooling Fan/1 (FM1).

SOLUTION: Remove the rear cover and run 50 or more sheets of 12x18 paper. If the error does not return, verify that Cooling Fan/1 (p/n 55FA 8052 1) is properly aligned with the hole in the rear cover (p/n A0G6 1612 00).

Cooling Fan? no. That's normal. The problem is, C3906 occured at least 3 times a week. C3906 related with TH4 and I already replaced it but the evil code still shown.
Any other solution?

I've seen issue's were the manual says it's the lower heat tube when in FACT it's a problem with the upper heat tube. Be sure to check the other one.

RRodgers, could you describe your explanation? I tried to replace TH1, TH2, TH3, TH4 and finally I replace the Fusing Unit. But next day, C3906 occured again. I don't know what's going on with this one.
Thank you RRodgers. I'm waiting for your information. :)

I think I wrote C3906 NOT SC3606.

OK, now working properly. Changing the Fixing Unit, Reset the fusing counter and now it works again. I hope no more C3906 in the future. Thank you guys. :)
