[Jamming] C20 Jamming intermittently

Hi people

I have a C20, at one of our customers, jamming intermittently double sided. switchback / fuser area. Paper guides on the underside of the fuser are intact. Had new reg clutch fitted, feed tyres etc.

Anyone had this problem before?

Its getting swapped out. But, if anyone has had this, still let me know.
