plzzz,help me Xerox 236

hi,everybody.

i met a trouble abt Xerox 236.plz help me.

everything is good but just when i copy on ADF,it always had paper jam when out.
i really dont know out-side of ADF that have any sensor or sth else.

i really confused because i'm not Xerox technician.
Please help me.

I dont know these machines but you can check these things and determine what is casuing the jam.

Firstly you need to determine what type of jam is occouring,


is the paper getting caught on something and scrunching up?If yes try and remove whatever is causing the jam.

is the jam occouring before or after a sensor that you can see?Then most likley a sensor is faulty and in need of replacing or checking.

is the pickup/ feed/ exit rollers not moving the paper?If the problem is with the rollers then you can try cleaning them, lanolin works best.

By checking these things you can then focus on the problem if you find one and try to repair it. Or get someone in to fix it.

yeah,i checked everything,it's ok,but when i copy on ADF it happen so.out-side of ADF.i dont know.
