    Konica C451-C650 Empty toner cartridges w/chips

    I have a large quantity of Konica C451-C650 Empty toner cartridges w/chips. Rather then throw them away. If someone reprograms chips and refills cartridges. Or would to buy them very cheap I just have to pack them up.

      I don't need the toner cartridges but I may can use the chips only. How much do you want for just the chips?
