minolta EP 3000/4000 crazy scanner

i have two problems with these very good machines , repentinely the scanner don´t return normally , it means go back too slow or too fast with the lamp turned on, i dont know what it can be, if the motor is demaged or the pwb
. please if you have a solution !!!:rolleyes:
