Hi everyone! I'm new to the site as well(joined a year ago, but never participated until now), and have found a lot of good help/advice on here thus far. I learned to work on Savin and Xerox back in the early 90's when I was in the Navy. Since then added, Ricoh(same as Savin I know...lol), Kyocera-Mita, HP, Sharp, Oki to my trained list. Happy to help out if anyone needs it! I've recently moved to the wholesale side of the industry after being a field tech for 10 years. What a difference!!!
