Somewhat new to the site, been browsing it when I can't get my brain around something for a while, finally got off my duff and registered. Been a tech for about 10 years, and an "IT guy" for about 15. Been trained on Sharp, Konica Minolta, Muratec, Ricoh, Canon, Toshiba and Kyocera, and am currently a tech for one of KMA's direct operations dealerships. Currently trying to learn the art of teleportation, since I'm on the road so much my pedal foot is getting callouses. ;)
