how to programme sd card with language firmware

hi every one :confused:
I'm having a language problem with my aficio 2238c,
i already have the language firmware with me,
can anyone let me know how am i have to load this firmware into my SD card,
so that the machine can be updated into the new firmware,
i found that there are a service option slot in my machine n i know that the SD card must be inserted into that slot,

i just need to know how am i going to transfer this firmware from my PC into this SD card.

I'm using the SD card with the option postscript. n i already format it .can i used that SD card?

please guide me n i need it urgently,

Man, I dont think reformatting that postscript SD card was a good idea.

The postscript card has the licence for the application on it! you probably just cost yourself a lot of money!!
