Konica 7130

Hi to all,

This is my first time to post in this section. I am a canon tech.
But because we have a few konica 7130 machine in the company where i work, i have something to ask about this machine.
If error came up, how to clear it? How to go into service mode? Do you have a service manual of this machine?

Hopefully someone can help me.

Except for the fuser errors all you can do is to turn off and then on the machine, and if it doesn't solve you have to change the part interested.
For the fuser errors (F34-x to F36-x) you have to turn on the machine while pressing 2 and 5 of the copy quantity setting buttons. The 25 mode menu screen appear:
-select 1.Software SW
-select the DIP switch 3 using arrows
-select bit number 1 using the center arrows
-use the ON/OFF key (OFF)
If the code appears again change thermistor , or lamps or fuse and do again the procedure.

The service mode on this machines are 3:
when you turn on the machine while pressing the realtives buttons you access a different service mode menu.

P.S.: i've attached the adjustments that is the for the 7020-7035 series ,but it's the same for the 7130-7022 series.
