trouble with bizhub pro c6501 .machine does not print images but prints coming out with background colors cyan ,magenta &yellow.

Which controller do you have? My money would be on the video cable, check the connections.

First of all is this a new machine? Thinking red screws in drums

what are the copies like?

What about the internal test prints?

Like ineo+6501 says if its is from print only with a Fiery it could be cable, also could be the Fiery interface board or the machine interface board (sometimes gives inverted images distorted images)
