Hi there i am not familar with this box do mainly xerox can any one point me in the right direction ? Konica Minolta Bizhub 350
PROBLEM: fault code c- 0f32

COF32 is displayed

CAUSE: Poor connection between the imaging unit contacts and the machine. Defective ATDC sensor.
SOLUTION:Verify all connections between the ATDC sensor and the machine are clean and connected properly. If the code persists, replace the imaging unit.


C-0F32 is displayed.

CAUSE: Improper operation of sub-hopper sensors.
SOLUTION: Check to make sure the sub-hopper empty switch and magnet assembly are operating properly.

Is this a Bizhub 350, or a Di 350, there is a difference. The code makes me think Di350. The info given was correct. Just change the image unit.
