printer will not print blue developer is on the drum but get no blue any sugestions?

Hi, have you tried swapping cyan dev and drum with another colour? 1 at at a time. It sounds like you are not getting any transfer to the paper, check the contacts for that and if possible try another transfer unit. It may be board related.
