c252 lcd not working

    c252 lcd not working

    I can not select lcd adjustment from accessibility key, it keeps selecting other tabs. the lcd only partially works, I can not enter service mode because details tab can not be selected.
    Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

      You should be able to select the adj by using the number pad.

          The touch screen fails on these in very humid weather. I've replaced about 6 of these in 3 months this summer. There is a FOC touch screen available from konica minolta.
