Hello, Monday I replaced the toner cartridge. At first the symbol showed it was full but the message still stated (K) toner cartridge low - replace. Today, the toner cartridge symbol shows it empty and we still have the message to replace. Is there any way to reset it? I've tried shutting the machine down. I'm not an actual technician, but I take care of the machines. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
