bizhub c450: question on changing image transfer belt/roller

When I print, there is a yellow line coming from the image transfer roller, how do I clean it? And how do I take out the belt?

Please help, I need the machine running asap, thank you!

are u sure it isnt the yellow imaging unit? ive had it where the IU spills developer onto the led and streaks of yellow get on the transfer belt.

I agree with YouthAttack it is unlkely the transfer belt would leave just a yellow streak. The yellow ius are bad about failing prematurely.
