One of our customers have a Taskalfa 300ci configured in inch. Tray 2 & 3 letter size are using. But this customer use A4 size too as original to copy on letter size.
What happen is some part on the copy document are missing also when you reduce the original A4 to 94%. Guys do you have an idea how I can solve this issue.
