Hi all!
Problem with C0650 on KM Bizhub 163. Tried replacing scanner motor, home position sensor and main pcb. We havre this fault on several brand new mashines. Scanner wont move from home position, there is a noise from scanner motor. After moving manualy cariage and reseting fault it will work for some time, aprox 500-1k copies.

This code might appear when the user is trying to copy a big book from the glass. The plastic cover bends and the screws above the mirrors are blocking the carriage. Check the carriage to see any screw marks, you might find some scratches there. Also, try to replace the two screws with shorter one.
