in state conformation---table---vg&vd r at 800v both.can we adjust to normal.i already made gradation.but no change.plz help.

I've had such b4 and adding tonner to the Imaging Unit manually seemed to help.
it seems the prob comes from low tonner levels in the developing unit. op it helps. it seemed to work for me.
