Konica Minolta c252 control panel keeps uncalibrating

Hey everyone. Anyone have any ideas why the control panel for a Konica Minolta C252 would keep uncalibrating itself? It will be fine for a week or so then you'll try to select something and it selects an item much lower than where you pressed. It works once you go through service mode and recalibrate it. Is replacing the panel the only permanent resolution?

Hi,
you have to change the touch panel 4037780701 it's the only permanent solution, calibration can work few weeks or not...why, i can say !

Nope. :-( Yeah I have one panel with the calibration issue and 2 or 3 I'm fighting with because of the moisture issue. :: sigh :: It's KMs defective product. They should replace it regardless, in my opinion.

If you are under a service agreement with KM, bring it up with the service tech. Refer them here if they are not in the know. I'd replace it without even going through the FOC...but that is me.
