C360 scanning problem

Hi guys, anyone can help how to set the "FROM" in the scan to email?
i mean permanently set the name in the "FROM" , so that we no need to set the name
everytime we do the scan to email.

In Admin setting then option 2 i believe "Administrator Address Registration" (Something along those lines cannot remember exact wording)

The default is the admin address as joneze stated. The other is to go program all the defaults you want then go to utility>user>scan> set default> use current (not factory) and this will save all the settings you have set in the scan window.

joneze - is the admin address set to blank from the factory setting?

mr Spock - yes, i have done that, set everything then go to enable the current setting, but seems that it cannot save into the memory.
