[CQ] Bizhub250, starry night pattern

This machine WAS having a void area that felt gritty to the touch (developer) in a small area in the main scan direction, all the way across the page. About every 10 copies or so, but completely random. I replaced the drum and starter.
NOW, it has a starry night pattern on a skyshot or in dark image areas at the top of the page (when running in LTR position).
I think it's very pretty!! The customer doesn't agree!!
Anyone ever see this problem???

I would try replacing the developer unit.

You can acess a thread talking about hw those dv boxes go out and damage the drum. The arching off can cause image quality problems.
