[Error Code] Error Code ED09C6 Bizhub Di 2510

I'm having trouble setting up new people with one touch for scanning to FTP using Bizhub Di 2510. Screen looks like below in PageScope Network. When I try to scan to Brian I get the Error Code ED09C6.

ED09C6 The LAN cable is not connected, or the destination address is incorrect. Check that the LAN cable is correctly connected. Also, check that the settings for the FTP server address, port number, and proxy server are correctly specified.

Older ones set up by someone else no longer with the company work. What am I missing?

    TX: PC(FTP Client)
    Destination Name: Brian
    Destination Address: 10.0.0.4
    Port Number: 21001 (1-65535)
    File Type: PDF
    Coding Method: MMR

I tried everything I can think of but will not send .pdf file to new user via scan to FTP. I am able to set them up but keep getting error code ED09C6. Any other ideas?

Also, I don't see any place to enter the disc directory path and username & password in (Di2510 PageScope Light).

I have the ability to do this with my Bizhub 250 in PageScope Light.

Got it to work. I didn't have them configured correctly in Internet Information Services. Configures paths to files on shared drive.

Try to change the root folder. You can use FTP utility. It's so easy.
