    [Error Code] Trouble code C-D010 on Bizhub C550

    I receive the Bizhub C550 with trouble code C-D010,
    I did the Trouble Reset but it didn't help.
    Please help

      Unformatted harddrive installed. What did you do?? Are you a tech? install new firmware? tech rep mode. make sure HDD is set. Then format. Logical will work. OR you lost a hard drive.

          Thanks, I am not that much good in in this machine, but if you give me the details on how to install firmware I will make it.
