If this is from the doc feeder instead of the glass then I would suspect the height of the doc feeder is not correct or the paper is a slightly heavier stock. The other thing would be a cut in one of the paper guides causing a slight shift in the paper as it goes over the glass.
If this is off the glass then check the rollers and fuser as some thing is changing speed or hitting something as it goes through the machine.

I never had edh problems on a 620, but your defect looks like the paper may be hitting the glass somehow. Try making height adjustments. Same thing will happen on a 2510/3010.

thank you for suggestions , but... I don't know how to make the height adjustment. it may be this : "3-1. Adjusting the Height of the Magnetic Catches . . . . . . . .D-8" ??

one way to check without moving anything, is to use paper to shim up the feed side of the edh. use some sort of thin shim and raise the feed end a mm or less at a time to see if anything changes.

i have try to do as you said, still no result.... But now i have another problem with this machine: c0200 error. I have try to put manual toner in the developer station and it works a few copies, then the error comes again. any idea? is the developer dead?

C0200 is unrelated to the developer. It's a problem with the charge corona. Check it for signs of arcing.

You don't need an official test chart.
Run an F12. it will print out "graph paper"
C0200 is a dirty charge grid or broken wire.

your paper is touching the slit glass with greater friction torawrds the rear of the machine. There are a few screws that hold the rear EDH cover on. I'm guessing you didn't remove it to better see the skew adjustment screws mounted on the hindges?

about the c0200 error: I vave changhed all the write unit (drum unit, developer station, the charge corona, the transfer corona), but the error still persist. i have clear the counters, i have made a reset of machine, etc. i hate this machine :). it is possible that all this happened because of humidity ?
i want to try to firmware this machine. it is possible?

The problem is either the high voltage unit or the master board. The easy way to tell which is to unplug the harness connecting the two boards and see if the code comes back; if it does, the problem is the master board, if it doesn't, it's the high voltage unit.
