hi, did any one had a problem on the duplex turn over unit that couses the m/c to jam. is sounds like the motor that is not turning, we replaced the motor, the sensor and the soliniod but the same problem is stil there. i have it on 4 m/c and on a B420

I am not sure I understood the last thing you said. If you were saying you have a duplex problem on a bz420, then you have 2 motors to change. I have not had a bz 250/350 duplex problem, unless the problem was the switchback unit. If you want to narrow it down, pull the switchback and duplex and go to another machine and test them.

i have switch the switchback unit with another one, still the same problem. i even upgrade the firmwere on the m/c. the sound what the m/c is making sounds is a grr, grr, grr. i have swap all the boards inside the m/c aswell.

If you have swapped both the switchback unit and duplex, you may want to look at pwb "A"

replace the board on the back of the machine, I had the same issue and ended up replacing that pcb. that should do the trick if you replaced the other stuff in the switchback unit.

I was just about to say change drum unit but I see you figured it out. I had this problem. The drum had a wear line all the way to the bare metal. It arcs to the charge corona causing weird problems.
