Hi. I have a Konica Minolta Bizhub C252, which I have used for about 4 years (roughly 74,000 on counter). I can copy without problems - But when I press the Utility/Counter button, the machine 'beeps' as if I've pushed it, but it remains on the main screen. The same happens when I push the Help button, i.e. doesn't change to the help menu but stays on the main screen. All other control buttons function properly, i.e. Mode Check, Mode Memory, Start, the numbers, Copy, Scan, Box, etc. In effect, I can copy on the machine, but I can't print to it or access it via the network. This occurred once or twice before, but it seemed to rectify itself upon restarting. This time though, I've restarted again and again... Note - I've just moved to France so have been having trouble finding help here. Thanks for your advice.
