    CF 2002 won't Clear Out of Administrator Mode?

    Konika/Minolta CF 2002 won't clear out of administrator mode? So the start button will not go green so printing can start? Can anyone help? ( See attached ) http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/im...lies/frown.gif

    refer to the users manual under copytrack/authentication settings.

    It is asking for an account code. You cannot do anything unless you enter an account code for a registered user under those settings.

      Is there any way to bypass, reset or apply default factory settings? I bought this unit off ebay and they did not have individual user codes or administrator codes.

        Yes, you can go into the settings and change the access code. To do that you will need to access tech rep mode. If you are not a tech, you should call one, and not only will he or she change the code, but can demo the box and show you how to care for it.
