We have been fighting and getting part from Konica trying to rid us of this sc30-10 which my colleague has posted. Please anyone..

The machine has had all new parts installed. drums, developers, transfer belt various sensors etc.

Since the error code sc30-10 we have...

-Swapped a complete converyor assembly

-Tested CVDB board with a multi meter

-Tested all ICP's

-Swapped the CVDB board with a new board.

-Replaced various sensor PS19, PS17 etc.

-Checked for pinched wires

-Cleaned all connections

And still nothing. :-(

Have you referrred to T.B. TAUS0646653EN regarding thetransfer voltage arcing? Also, did you check PS17(fixing exit) and its wiring before or after you replaced the ADU board? I made the mistake of replacing the ADU board and PS17 damaged the new board also.

Thanks but that is my colleague's post. Same machine, same problem still not functioning.

I don't have a copy of bulletin TAUS0646653EN. We checked all wiring repeatedly before and after to ensure everything was tightly connected, no pinches etc the best we could. Note, we completely stripped this machine down and rebuild it from the ground up with all new consumables, components. Once the initial setup gremlins were worked out, It had been working perfectly for a few days.

Thank jma676

It was indeed ICP2 on the CVB board which cause the issue. Once fixed we got an immediate SC39-01 which was the connector at the back where it meets the fuser unit.

Thanks agian.
