    Likely the fiery has an issue with a colour profile where the output value of Cyan may have been dropped to zero for some reason.

    Change to another profile to check...

    could indicate a corrupted fiery system, or simply just the profile. Edit the default profile through colourwise tools, a subset control through command workstation.
