Konika Bizhub C350 Error code C of 3D

Trying to locate the meaning of this error code:confused:....Customer installed-replaced all of the chips for the imaging units,first few copies were faint. then on the console gave the error message C of 3D.what can I do Tried to clear error code using power off,power on and holding Utility button....did not do anything....

CAUSE: Error code can be caused by the black imaging unit, the black ATDC sensor, PWB-MC or PWB-MFP. If ICP4 on PWB-MC opens, the C-0F3D will also occur.
SOLUTION: Try one or more of the following:
1. Remove and clean the black ATDC sensor located under the black imaging unit.
2. Replace the black imaging unit.
3. Replace PWB-MC board .
4. Replace PWB-MFP board .
