Memory full (scanning function) on bizhub 250

Hi guys,
Another problem with bizhub 250. I used bizhub 250 for scanning some documents in PDF file format. The problem is about "memory full". I scan 25 sheets of document (A4-text) but the memory free appears about 50%. If I scan 35 sheets, it becoming "memory full".
I try at another bizhub 250, I scan 80 sheets, but the memory free is still at around 60%.

Then I tried to Image Data Clear & Total clear, but still "Memory Full" happened when scanning 35 sheets.

Anyone have a solution. Thank you for responding. :)

you can try to change your mem board to the other slot (MFSB CN5 memory slot) then try again,if it comes again, maybe your mem board or MFSB unfunctional, chage it

One may have a hard drive and the other does not. (at least in service mode)

both of them using HD-504.

Check the service mode and make sure that the hard drive is installed in both.
Check the firmware versions and see if they are the same.
And lastly check the resolution (scan settings screen) and see if they are the same.

both all the same HDD installed, same firmware version and same resolution. Anything else?

Check the installed memory. One machine may have had the extra memory installed (base is 32mb) and the other did not. The upgraded memory is a 128mb module and the 32mb has to be removed. This would give you about the results that you are getting. Otherwise. like the other poster said, it sounds like mfp board or memory at this point. Possibly a setting in one of the dip switches but I doubt it.

You may also try reformatting the HDD. It may have some bad sectors on it.

Thank you for giving me some solution. I'll try to change the mem board or maybe the MFBS. Anything happened next, I will tell it to you.
