ONLY from tray #2 after 20 or 30 pages drop J17-04 and machine show paper jam on right side door but when you open the door there is NO PAPER and no problem on tray either..... Close the door and machine start running fine for a while and then again same error code, same position jam and when you open the side door there is no paper.
The only TEMPORARY fix was to take the Paper Feed Driving Clutch from tray #4 and switch with the Paper Feed Clutch on REGISTRATION UNIT. This fixed the problem on tray#2 but the tray#1 started to stop the paper between the Registration Unit and the Vertical Conveyance Unit and was no error code but the paper just stop there on same timing with the J17-04 before ( after 15 or 20 pages or more ).....any ideas ?!
