how to use scanner in IR 4570

i am using IR 4570 with lan connectivity. i want to use it as a Scanner on my pc. how could?

The trial version of Word has expired and ive downloaded a less able free word processing package called flyword or something, which doesn't include the feature to read an image from a scanner.
