Hello, i have a oce 3275 that is equivalent to a konica 7075, i have a problem where the controller seems to be locked up, i can't ping it, access it from the machine nor web into it, the light in front is lit and the network cable gets a light, i checked all related signs on Konica's SSD and it points to software reload needed, we are a KM dealer and dont have access to oce's software, i have seen treads of techs converting these from one brand to the other and that is what i need help with.
can someone tell me what is involved in converting this oce 3275 with its controller into an 7075 with ip601. we have access to all KM software but don't know if hardware is also needed to be replaced or what the procedure is.
