    Setting up CS remote care on Bizhub c451

    Hi Guys,

    I am looking to set up noticfications via CS remote care. I have the instructions on how do do this. However from what i understand i need to set up CS remote care in order to add settings etc. Does anybody know how to do this?

    If you're a dealer, call the support line and follow the prompts for BIZHUB vcare, if not, you may want to look into the "total counter notification' option instead, I am not 100% sure, but I believe CS Reomte care is only for KM dealer MFPs that are registered on the vcare server. Emujo

      This is correct.

      we are using this in Canada and the vcare server is a central database here. All accounts are set up prior to enabling the feature on any given machine.
