Bizhub C203 . Attached is an example of what its doing. The image is ment to be a magazine cover with black cyan and alot of colours on it, but only yellow and red appear (not aligned) and the rest is just a mess.

I would do some test prints from service mode to see if the internal prints come out with all colors or not. Also if there is no latent image on the drum, then you probably have a faulty print head.Comment

Are you printing from Microsoft Publisher or another program like that. Save it as a PDF and then print it or make sure you merge all layers before printing.Online Store is closed. Chip resetting is a thing of the past! Thank you to all my past customers.
Now into Ip TV KODI BoxesComment

Looks like your Cyan and Black are not showing up. Does it only do it on this and nothing else? As suggested, to into tech mode and run the internal test prints for each color.Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

I had this same problem today and what it turned out to be was the linkage in the transfer belt unit was out of place and only 2 out of the 4 transfer rollers were moving. Mine was black and cyan were fine but no yellow or magenta. Take a look at the front side of the belt and see if the linkage has jumped out of place. Hope this helpsComment
