Jamming in fuser - DP-2010

This customer has a DP-2010 that has been jamming in the fuser like accordions.
I rebuilt the fuser with new upper and lower fuser rollers and new bushings.
It does much better now but still jams accordions like about every 15 or 20 copies.

It looks as if the paper gets stuck between the fuser rollers and the exit roller; as if the exit roller does not turn normally.

What could be worng?

I had something similar, you might want to check the drive gear that drives the fuser unit make sure they are sitting right and the other thing that fix my problem was the transfer roller, the srings that gives the pressure. hope it helps.
