Di 2510 printing problem

i have one di2510 ,when use printing intermintent show jam at panel ( but no paper Jam inside ) any idea ? thanks advanced :confused:

Shows jam where??? More info will help resolve your problem. They can have false jams out of #1 tray because of a clutch.

Chances are that the paper isn't leaving the cassette or bypass try (which ever you are printing from).

Try printing from another cassette and see if you still get a jam.

It would be the small white one way gears on the side of the feed and pick up rollers. If not it would be the main drive clutch behind the #1 feed assembly.
