Administrator password should just be 12345678, unless it has been modified. CE password could be anything but a popular one is 92729272

well you can reset the admin password in CE mode but i am not sure if you can reset the CE password without replacing parts on that model. It might be possible with a full run up again maybe someone else can offer advice on that part as ive never had to do it before.

What happens if I pull out and let the machine NVRAM, and then go back and reset? The problem that I have is that the machine is lifted "It is time for sheduled inspection of device" that procedure is done every 50 000 copies. But I do not remember whether resetting is administrator or technical menu. If anyone has suggestions to write. Good luck!

I remember them saying in class, if you change the CE password and forget it..... forget it! you might need a new NVram. KM might have a back door if you call them, course I don't think they give it out.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

If there was a way to reset a CE password without knowing the changed password, I am not privy to it. Not like it is a secret or anything. NVRAM reset firmware might work, but I have my doubts.

when you initialise the NVram it resets the CE password too.

but from memory you have to totally setup the machine again from scratch and perhaps even format the hard drive - i cant remember.
