I have these two 40p m/cs. one had a problem with paper jam message that wasn't getting released. my techs dismantled the machine to check the sensors and after reassembly the machine displayed I/F COMM ERROR. according to the manual, the problem is with the communication between the PRCB and MFP boards. i told them to reassemble the machine again but the msg still appeared. they got another PRCB Board from another machine and now both machines display the same msg.
I'm required to make these machines work immediately. Any help pliz
