C250 - C450 Touch Screens

Ok so I have 5 machines now with non responsive touch screens. I have been swapping out bad ones from warehouse machines but those are gone. Part number that apparently works on C250, C350, C251, C450 etc. etc is 4037-7807-01
Does anyone have any suggestions other than spending the $266.00 each to order in new touch panels?

Remove the touch panel from the machine. Gently heat the touch panel, apply a clamp to were the ribbon cable attaches to the glass and leave to cool.

We have had around 75% success using this method.
