BZ283 - start button stays orange and flashes on and off

New copier, 8000 plus on the clock. Came up with fuser error. Replaced fuser, trouble reset, etc. Have replaced NVRAM, MFB (main board) PRCB, firmware upgrade... still no joy. No codes showing, just flashes on and off. Copier comes to ready stage though, almost as if it is in service mode. Any help would be appreciated.

for my one of the machine i faced same problem screen shows ready to copy but the start button will be orange it was one icp blown in sif board.

Thanks for all the suggestions which were all checked from the very start, etc. Turns out that the manual meter counter connector had become dislodged.
