Bizhub C450 Duplex problem

this machine worked well, but to day I did print duplex page. Opps and have problem.

when I printing duplex page machine print first page and then when turn page paper crowd into the duplex.

I did check "sensor check list" but nothing understand

can any body help me?

Just now try print A3 duplex and it's working good, but when print A4 its not working
