jam 93-01 in bizhub 6501

i have paper jam code 93-01 only in duplex with paper chromo 250 gr it's happens after 30 paper or sometimes after 10 anybody have an idea?

PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. Poor conveyance of paper.
A Guide Sheet (# A03U 8159 00) is available to facilitate conveyance of paper
2. Failure of Reverse motor (M32) or Loop motor (M57).
Swap motors to decide which motor is failing. Replace the failed motor (# 65AA 8011 2).
