I know, I know, I've tried to get them to use the ink jet. Does anyone have any tricks to get them to work without wrinkling ? We've tried different types. They worked fine initially. The hotline had us replace the fusing unit, but the problem persists.

Never had much luck with envelopes on copiers and printers. Switch to window envelopes, much nicer and easier to deal with.

Hi, Tony
try these if you can get them in your part of the world.
} Use DL Envelopes from Tudor and Officeworks DL Peel-n-Seal
which are certified for Laser Printers. they have been the best to use. so i am told.

good luck LOL

No pressure lever on these little puppies. I did get this gem from our ASM. The funny thing is, I inquired from the hotline since the 1300D, which the 1028/1128 is based off isn't off the sheet. They were not aware of these.

Thanks for that Madas ! I'll talk to the tech that went there. He called the hotline & I don't remember anything about pressure adjustments for the fuser. I searched "envelope" in the PDF and it never said anything about it. There is plenty in the end user guide, but nothing about the pressure.

As of right now, I handed it back to sales. I told him we could try it if they insisted, but it's in a law office with little old ladies. I don't think they want to go to the hassle that it will entail.
Our Kyo ASM & the hotline did not realize the pressure release levers were on the 1128mfp.
