Can you export the data IE account codes, email, user boxes etc to the new machine?

almost sure u can do it, never personally done it for those 2 models but if possible u will need KM data administrator and possibly firmware updates (http://kmbs.konicaminolta.us/content/products/models/PageScopeDataAdmin.html)
