Went on a call that had a blank line on the magenta test print
So I replaced the magenta unit and than I get a C0f3B code with the new magenta unit

Any help I am a new tech here

I can tell you it is a "Magenta ATDC Sensor adjustment
failure".

Try reseating the IU, shake the IU to distribute the developer evenly, reseat the IU, check for damage to the connector, reseat the IU, get another IU, shake well before intalling, reseat the IU.

I've had this before. Can you guess what has worked for me? :>

These are the 'official' solutions from Monica:
SOLUTION:
1. Clean the ATDC window on the bottom magenta imaging unit.
2. Clean the magenta ATDC sensor LED.
3. Replace the magenta imaging unit.
4. Replace the PWB-I/O board.

hold IU flat and shake a few times to even out the developer and try again.

beware if you shake outside the wrapper it came in the developer may leak out when being shaken, its already happen to me.

i'll refrase, shake it "gently" to even out the developer inside.

on a similar note, thats why the boxes are not square on the ends-to prevent you from stacking the units on thier ends................

You might want to save the magenta unit, K/M is having problems with them right now and there is a retro fit kit for it.

If shaking doesn't fix the problem, then use some needle nosed pliers to turn the developer drive coupling by hand to free it up. The drive is the white plastic coupling at the back of the IU to the right of the drum. Then shake lightly again.
