C 450 Code CDC50

I have a customer that just called with a Code CDC50 on a c C450. In the book its a security code, has anyone else had this problem. The copier was just delivered to the customer 3 days ago.

Remove and reinstall IC40 (8-pin) on the PWB-MC board.If necessary, replace the PWB-MC board ( # 4037 7803 03 ). If this does not resolve the problem IC40 (NVRAM) need to be replaced.
