Bizhub 1050 sc23-22

Got BIZHUB 1050P with sc23-22. Had paper in developer unit causing light copies. Also not sure if i was getting enough toner to the intermedite hopper. I cleaned the sensor that is under the optics cover. I can run a few copies then it goes to sc23-22. I also cleaned the recycle tube auger and replaced drum,charging wires. Thanks for any help on this code.

ok the toner supply pipes could be blocked.you have to take each pipe out and clean them.testing the pump pressure in the i/o mode would help you check if they are clear.in some cases you will need to empty out both sub hoppers.also double check that there are no icp blown on prcb

Well went in today and fired up machine. Did not get the sc23-22 but went to a sc23-17. Unlatched it and on startup could hear the mixer section jumping gears. Removed finisher section and rear cover and started cleanup. Cleaned hoses for air and toner. Removed mixing section and cleaned all toner out. Put back together and ran great with no codes. Thanks for the help as this was my 1st experience with the toner hopper and air lines. Hope this will also help someone in the future.
